Echoes celebrates its 44th anniversary this month and so many thanks to owners Paul Phillips and Chris Wells for their continuing dedication to the cause. Respect is due! Their last issue of 2019 (and which covers January 2020) kept me busy before Christmas with full length features on Morgan Heritage and new Jamaican singer Mortimer. Also reviews of albums by Pressure Buss Pipe, Vivian Jones, a returning Roger Robin and the VP compilation, Strictly The Best Vol. 60.

New singles by Koffee & Gunna, Buju Banton, Randy Valentine, Jah9 and Stonebwoy lead this issue's Run The Track and there's also a comprehensive round-up of this year's reggae, roots and dancehall action.
