RM (Japan) - Issue No. 59, 1997

This was the last issue of RM I was involved with, because they folded soon afterwards. There was no better way to bow out than with a celebration of Sly & Robbie who'd just completed their Grammy winning Friends set, and the albums Mambo Taxi and The Sound Of La Trenggae. I was lucky enough to attend sessions at Mixing Lab when they were working on the latter two, but then I'd loved virtually everything they've done since Channel One days and my appreciation hasn't lessened one bit, right up until today.
